Return to Legion

CornDog had to scrape the bottom of the barrel for Guest Q’s, but YHC was honored to be invited back to lead 5 other Pax.  YHC had helped with the launch of this darkest, longest and hardest of weekday AO’s and had been a regular pax for a while. Oh, the memories.

Conditions: Cool, a little rain, very dark

The Thang: Following a disclaimer, warm up lap around the perimeter and COP at basketball court: SSH’s, IW’s, squats, Merkins, BBSU’s, Low Country Crabs, Alt. Jump Lunges, Mtn. Climbers, LBC’s, all IC x 20.  Followed by Carolina Dry Docks IC x 15, More Merkins IC x 10, Russ. Twists IC x 20, Jump Squats x 10 OYO, and some More Merkins x 10 OYO. Finished up COP with YHC calling boat/canoe #CrowdPleaser for what seemed like 3 minutes, but was probably only 2.

Mosey over to the playground for some partner combo exercises.  Each partner group had to complete 50 pull ups, 100 dips and 200 calf raises.  Next set, each partner group had to complete 100 decline merks, 200 incline merks and 300 LBC’s.

Mosey to the tennis courts for forward and backward bear crawl suicides, touching each line going across the court and back.  It was as bad as it sounds.

Hard Mosey back to the parking lot for COT and BOM by YHC.

Moleskin:  This is a tough AO.  I may not get invited back, but I enjoyed the opportunity.

Announcements and Prayers:  July 7, Legion, Woodshed, Stumble, Iron Yard are hosting the Q at Finlay Park for The Mission.  July is F3 Columbia’s month to lead at the Mission.  Prayers for Enterprise and prayers for kids at Palmetto Place teens.
