The thang

Both Pax new the disclaimer very well, so it was kind of unspoken. Hope Tin-Tin doesn’t sue YHC if his IT band is ruined.

Arm Circles and 20 merkins for a warm up. 20 SSH.

Then the following ladder:5-10, 4-10, 3-10, 2-10, 1-10: pull-ups, mosey up Sumter to Wheat, then merkins.

After this: Line up just in front of the pull-up bars, 25 LBCs, then run to second pole, 25 flutter kicks (single count), run to 3rd light pole and 20 big boy sit-ups, then sidewalk and 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat and 3 times.

Then: 5-5, 4-5, 3-5, 2-5, 1-5, pull-ups and burpees: pull-ups, then run up Sumter to Wheat and 5 burpees.
