7 PAX arrived at #TheCastle for LambChop’s pain station extravaganza. The only catch was that the pain stations were in his garage. Fortunately, it was a unanimous vote by the PAX to start this journey on foot. 0.8 miles later, we were in LambChop’s garage staring at the 10 pain stations set-up for us.
Conditions – 57 and damp outside; Steamy inside.
There was a disclaimer before the Mosey. Each station was AMRAP for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. PAX completed 2 rounds of stations.
- Station 1: LBCs
- Station 2: Curls (two 20 lb. weights)
- Station 3: Bench Press (25lb plate each side)
- Station 4: Squats (two 20 lb. weights)
- Station 5: Big Boy Sit-ups
- Station 6: Merkins (using the As Seen on TV Perfect Push-Up handles)
- Station 7: Shoulder Press (35 lb. plate)
- Station 8: Tricep Dips
- Station 9: Jump Rope
- Station 10: Burpees
- Mosey back to COT
This workout had great variety and it didn’t take long to get gassed on the 45 second AMRAPs. The PAX enjoyed it and appreciated the cold water available before leaving the garage. LambChop was spot-on for time as the Sweeper and Six arrived back at the COT exactly at 6:15. 1.6 miles logged and some upper body swole. Nicely done.
