With the Gauntlet still going on and the imminent threat of rain, Co-Pay was the only other pax who showed up today. We headed for the dam for an out-and-back. He is on the 2-minute run, 2-mnute walk training plan, so that is what we did. Fortunately the heavy rain held off until after we finished.

We couldn’t quite figure out how to make a circle / huddle with just two people, so we did the best we could.
