Warmup – SSH x50 in cadence. Mosey over to corner of Olde Knight and Queens Way. Used straight away to complete 2 sets of up and backs:
- Karaoke down … 5 worst Merkins ever, 20 flutters … Karaoke back
- High knees/ butt kickers down … 20 squats, 20 Russian twists … high knees / butt kickers back
2×2 Indian run over to corner of Wormwood and Byron.
- Bottom of the hill – 5 Monkey Jumpers (3 Monkey humpers +1 jump while in same position = 1 monkey jumper)
- Top of the hill – Wolverine Burpees (drop, plank, merkin, left knee up to chest, merkin, right knee up to chest, merkin, up, jump & clap) … increase amount each time you return to top of the hill 2, 4, 6, 8…
Converge at bottom of hill. Bear crawl halfway up hill. Lunges to top of hill.
Scout Run (single file Indian Run formation…front runner sprints out ahead as far as he wants, turns and springs to end of line…repeat) from Wormwood/Byron to lower playground on Olde Knight
