The Thang:

After the disclaimer we took a short jog to the other end of the bus loop for our Warm Up: SSH x20 IC, Baby Arm Circles x20 IC (forward, backward), Overhead claps x20 IC, Squats x20 IC.

We took a longer route as we jogged to the brick cage where everyone grabbed two bricks. Mosey over to the playground on the school’s campus and partnered up.

Partner 1 – Run with two bricks around the bus loop and back to the playground. After the initial jog was too short, we all stepped up and ran around the loop each round.

Partner 2 – Alternate between two exercises until partner is back and switch roles. Incorporate bricks into exercises when possible. When both partners have done both, plank it up until entire group is ready for the next round to stick together.

  2. Elevated Push Ups (8) Pull-ups (3)
  3. Big Boy Sit Ups (8) Pull-Ups (3)
  4. Burpees (8) Pull-Ups (3)

Mosey back to the brick cage as a group and put bricks back. Mosey back to far end of bus loop and circle up. Merkin Pyramid (1 Merkin, 1 roof raise, 2 Merkins, 2 roof raises … etc up to 5 and back down to 1).

Jog back to parking lot.
