Grab 60 pound sandbag. One person carries sandbag, everyone else cusacks their ruck. Every 90 seconds, YHC called for a change of position into a carry with no straps. The sandbag was handed off every 100m.
Continue movement until Adger & Devereaux. Plank with ruck on your front for 45 seconds, switch to holding crab walk position with arms locked out for 45 seconds.
Head to Adger hill and change the style of movement. Two men connected their rucks. Since we had 4 PAX, 2 of them carried the sandbag simultaneously while the other two carried the two connected rucks using their arms.
Coupons were swapped after 400m. Continue all the way back to the parking lot.
