  • Burp & Merk: Begin a traditional burpee with a single merkin at the bottom, then complete. Drop back down for a second burpee with two merkins, then complete. Pyramid up to ten.

  • Burp & Merk (pyramid down from 10 to 1)

Indian Run to Pine Street

  • 20 sit-ups
  • Run downhill to fire hydrant. Walk to first cone, bear crawl to second cone, do walking lunges to third cone, bear crawl to stop sign. Rinse and repeat twice.
