Had a nice, difficult Q drawn up for a while since the Detainees didn’t like my last rendition that had tunes included. Drew one up shortly afterward that would keep everyone quiet and shut down the mumble chatter. Workout was even harder than I expected, a classic lesson in “if you can’t Q it, don’t do it.” Here’s how it went:

So the goal was to do four laps and make it to 100 reps of every ab exercise. We were all hurting pretty good so time to audible.
Mosey to basketball court for 21s. Yep. Not 11s, 21s.
21s with jump squats on one side, merkins on the other. Do not try this at home. Or in public. Or at a workout. Just don’t ever do it. It was awful. 11s are much better.
We had a few minutes left so mosey back to the track and complete another lap of the same ab exercises.
