YHC’s Stravameter is not much for pinpoint accuracy, but I counted about 26 peaks, and recall starting up a flight every two minutes or so which would marry up with HalfSack’s “52 Flights.” Pretty good workout all around so next time no one has a Q planned, just hit the Amphitheater steps for 45 mins. Aye!

Your heart is your identity
Proverbs 27:19 – “The heart of man reflects man.”
Proverbs 23:7 – “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he”

The heart is foolish
Proverbs 28:6 – “He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but he who walks wisely will be delivered.”

The heart is corrupt
Jeremiah 17:9 – “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?”
Matthew 15:19 – “Out of the heart come evil thoughts – murders, adulteries, thefts, false witness, and slanders”
