It has been several weeks since I have been to Snake Pit. I haven’t seen several of the PAX for a while now. YHC was excited to be back in the gloom with such a fine group of men. YHC did notice that several of the PAX seemed a little whiny today. YHC is not sure if that is because they were still recovering from a Ranger Q.

Mosey to the block pile and grab a block.

Take block to BBS.
Both groups start at the bottom and do 10 thrusters. Head up the stairs and do 10 thrusters at every other landing and the top. 1s will skip the first landing and start on the 2nd.
-At the top, 10 Burpees OYO
-BBSU until the 6 arrives
-Plank IC X 30 (Roughly 1 min)
-Colt 45s
-Calf raises IC X 15
10 Thrusters and R & R Thrusters on the way down. This time 2s skip the first landing this time.

Return blocks and circle up.
