YHC brought a stack of cards with the below exercises listed on them. Red cards (hearts/diamonds) meant 20 reps OYO and black cards (spades/clubs) meant 10 reps OYO. Every 4 exercises everyone takes a lap around the track.
- Ace = Big Boy Sit Ups
- Two = Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Three = Merkins
- Four = Air Squats
- Five = Rows
- Six = Ray Charles
- Seven = Stairs
- Eight = Little Baby Crunches
- Nine = Bear Crawl (up and down the principal)
- Ten = Lunges
- Jack = Curls For The Girls
- Queen = Block Press
- King = Burpees

The Bible says, Husbands, love your wives. That is the greatest calling husbands have. No matter what choices we make, no matter how ill treated you are. No matter how you are betrayed by friends and other people. Your place is to love your wife. If you get this one thing right, you are a successful man. This is an awesome calling that we have been given, to selflessly love our wives.
The sequence is: first discipline, then desire, then delight. In other words, do the things that love does and you will feel the things that loves feels. Remember back when you were wooing your significant other and how you won her heart. Compare then and now, shame on us if we are not actively seeking our significant other.
