Last night Polo emailed me and asked if we were running today because he was getting over an illness. I may have misinterpreted what he wanted to do today. I assumed he was asking because a little cardio is better than chicken soup. Sorry Polo

Run to Park
5 exercises and sprint/jog .6 miles for the next 30 minutes
20 Squats
7 Pull-ups
20 BBSU
20 Merkins
20 Flutters (one-side)
Run Up to Clemson, Sprint Clemson to Chicora, Run down Chicora, Sprint Wofford back to park – .6 miles
Rinse and Repeat for 30 minutes
Run back to COT
Most got thru 4 rounds which was 3.35 miles – not bad for a workout group. Great work today.
