While the title of this BB was the main course, 7 PAX also indulged in some other sides and a little dessert this morning at Detention. It was pretty much non-stop from the get-go, but the fellas devoured every bit of it.

As many rds as possible in 8 mins
(After about the 6th or 7th, YHC needed a break so we switched to 15 squats, and 15 One-Legged squats (each leg) (one leg resting on top of bench).
EVIL EIGHTS for 18 Mins
YHC set up a square with 4 lights in each corner, and another in the center of the square. The corners were ~ 20 yds apart.
8 Reps of an exercise at each cone
Cone 1 – Diamond Merkins
Cone 2 – Iron Crosses with a windshield wiper at the top
Cone 3 – Tuck Jumps/ Power Jumps
Cone 4- Carolina Dry Docks
PAX start at Cone 1, run to the Cone 2, cross diagonally to Cone 3 and stop at center cone for 5 Burpees. Every time you cross the center, 5 burpees.

Great to see the PAX push themselves this morning and get after it. Buble is consistently progressing and its AWESOME to see the PAX support and push him. Cream Cheese should be able to stay for bootcamp soon, but it was great to run some SL with him and BooBoo. Some 10 regular Detainees were running the SAFE route this am. Glad they had such a good reason to skip out!!
