start a Goal line stop @ every 5 yards for exercise
2 ten count man makers with blocks
Every 5 yards increase by 2 until we are doing 20 10 count man makers
Count down from 20 by two’s every five yards do 20 monkey humpers, 18 MH, etc all the way down to 2.
Turn around and bear crawl freom goal to fifty yard line. Stop at every 10 yards to do 4 merkins, 8 merkins, etc. all the way up to 20 merkins.
Pick up blocks and carry them from 50 yard line back to pile. Stop every 10 yards for 20, 15, 10, and finally 5 burpees
