Tempted by the promise of a sticker and some potential guest Qs to DET, I decided to see what the men of F3 Boneyard were all about. The mumblechatter started slow and got better the harder we worked. Fun morning on the backside of the RBHS campus!
Weather: 70 and slightly humid, real nice
1 minute warning, Strom rolls in on two wheels, it was awesome.

Workout
In the parking lot, starting at the end of the closest island, going towards the blockpile. Alternate lunging the width of a parking space and walking the width of a parking space. At each tree do 5 burpees. Total of 8 trees for 40 burpees.
Arrive at block pile and grab a block. Chum has his own Clemson colored block at BY, gotta get on that level.
Walking down the road/hill from the block pile, do 5 slow mo curls for the girls IC to ensure proper form at every tree. There were 10 trees total. Except at the last tree we did 15 just for fun – 5 real slow, 5 medium, and 5 normal speed with a few LBAC and Michael Phelps’ in between to loosen up the arms.
Also did 5 OH press of the block OYO at each light pole, 4 of them.
Led by Dirty Bird, the PAX of BY tried to throw YHC off his game here by asking lots of questions so we wouldn’t be doing any lifting. After realizing what was going on, YHC decided to dish out some more pain. Fun times with the dudes of BY.
Walk back up the road/hill, stopping at every light pole and alternating between incline merkins with block on the curb and decline merkins with block on the curb and feet on the block.
Walk back down the hill doing an OH carry of your block to the previous finish line, much further than I remembered. One 16 count manmaker with brick.
Return to block pile and back to the flag.
TOTALS
65 Burpees
60 slow mo Cs for Gs
20 OH press + OH carry
10 incline merkins
10 decline merkins
1 manmaker
Great work this morning, men. The no running rule definitely adds a wrinkle to Qing but the fellowship and mumblechatter brought by these guys more than makes up for it. They will give you a run for your money!
