Always great to take a Q at another AO and check up on them to see how they are doing. Was really impressed with this group this morning. Voltron and 7-Eleven have done a great job building up this AO and they were certainly up for the challenge of the 15 pain stations this morning. In fairness, since this Q will be making a once a month stop at Lexington AOs, I will just speak of exercises that were completed. Notebook was all over everyone and their form making sure they completed each station and with the correct number of exercises. He also was the first to finish…as he lets us all know. Great work this morning, dudes. See you soon.
Conditions: Real feel of 28 degrees and a rather brisk breeze between 5-10 mph.
We did some merkins, some ab exercises, some leg exercises, some cardio, some upper body exercises with coupons. We ran. We listened to CCR and Skynnyrd.
Training Wheels asked where the Hot Chocolate was and if this workout was trademarked.
Strong work done by all. And, good to see Cool Corner show up for his second F3 workout. He knocked it out of the park and displayed proper form at every station, not drawing the ire of Notebook…unlock Nailpop. Notebook told Nailpop he had to start a station over. Hilarious.
Announcements: Keg Cowboy tonight from 6-10 to celebrate Bray Sox ringing the bell.
Salvation Army opportunity in December to ring the bell at Wal-Mart
Oliver Gospel Mission Mac N Cheese drive
Prayer requests: unspokens and childhood cancer
Had a blast today at Arena. Hope you’ll take advantage of jumping on the Q sheet to lead these dudes in the near future.
