Spare Tire Workout

11 pax go on a reconnaissance mission to bring back the other spare tire we lost.

The Thang:

Warm up with some:
SSH x 30
TTT x 20
Windmill x 20
Imperial Walkers x 30

Warm up lap around the HS to get the blood flowing

Stop at the pull up bars for 30 Mountain Climbers IC followed by a recovery set of 15 Burpees OYO.

After catching your breathe doing burpees, half the pax do 20 box jumps and the other do 5 pull-ups. Then switch. Three sets total.

Again, half the pax grab a block and all head to the back lot where our recovery efforts will be tested.
Pair up with one block per team.
One pax Squats, the other bear crawls to the middle of the lot and back – Switch.
Next one pax curls, the other lunge walks, etc. etc.
Next one pax OH presses, the other side lunge/side lunge squat thingy to the middle and the switch.
We did this twice.

Hokie recovered our lost tire from the ditch himself and we took turns flipping it out of the parking lot and then rolled it the rest of the way back to it’s home and with it’s big brother.
