I’m almost positive there’s a joke in there somewhere, but I’m just going to leave it alone.
8 stunners and 3 runners met at Foxhole this morning for the early edition. I signed up to Q last week with every intention of bringing an FNG I have been working on for a while. But in typical father-of-three fashion, somewhere between serving as a thankless chauffeur and moonlighting as a diaper changer for what you would think was a human Play Dough factory, I completely forgot to EH the new guy, and forgot that I had the Q… Until The Twitters reminded me last night. So I reached into the ol’ grab bag (glove compartment filled with almost 4 years of Weinkes) and what did I find??? A coloring page with a black snowman wearing a red dress. But on the other side was a pretty good workout from a while back, so we went with it.
It was a great way to start the day. Lots of reps and plenty of stairs to get the heart rate up. Great work by all.
