Overcast and in the high 50’s with a little mist. A fine morning in January for a workout. 7 pax would make their way to The Roost to play some cards with YHC as the dealer of pain.

From here we moseyed to the block pile and grabbed the blocks. Back to the track for a little deck of cards workout fun.

It became apparent that my phone had decided to save the most of the block push ups and squats till last which caused Buud to proclaim ” you don’t have to be rainman to count these cards”. It certainly didn’t take long for the pax to work up a lather and realize real work was being done, only to be sidetracked by Flipper almost coughing up a lung and Urkle proceeding to ask Splinter is his buttocks and legs still hurt from Yoga the preceeding week. Wow! Never a dull moment with these guys who don’t ever mind putting in the work.
