9 PAX arrived at #TheCastle to enjoy the 50+ degree weather and get better. YHC had the privilege of leading the PAX this morning and they did not disappoint. McLovin was in full summer gear, while the other PAX weren’t as daring.

We moseyed to the four way stop and partnered-up for C.B.O.M.B.S. Having nine, YHC’s team had three (#Respect team). As with my September B.O.M.B.S. Q, “We only need one pin Rodney” came to mind as an even ten would have been great, but we powered through. While partner 1 performed the exercise, partner 2 (and 3) ran down North Kings Grant Drive to Bolen Hall Court and back. Blocks were carried to starting line for the start of the CBOMBS. Exercises were as follows:
- C: Curls * 100
- B: Burpees * 50
- O: Overhead Press * 100
- M: Merkins * 150
- B: Big Boy Sit-ups * 200
- S: Squat with Block *250 (aka Goblet Squat)
Plank/Air Chair on the Six.
Carried blocks back to the pile, then:
- Flutter Kicks *20 (IC) – slow kicks were a crowd pleaser
- Sweat Angels *10 (IC)
We circled up shoulder to shoulder for a Howling Monkey. With all PAX holding their ankles, the first PAX did 10 Monkey Humpers and so on through the circle. Again, #MumbleChatter was solid here ranging from “Don’t look up” to “I hope the video camera isn’t working”. Good times!
