12 pax visited the Castle this nice cool morning to #getbetter. 3 pax took their backpacks and went rucking, 9 pax stuck around to see what YHC had in store for them.

Let’s mosey up to the top of the hill for some BLIMPS. Do your set of excercises, then run down N. Tombee to the end of the cul-de-sac, return to the 4-way stop and repeat, dropping one exercise. Repeat until out of letters, a total of 6 sets. Exercises:
- B – Burpees x 5
- L – Lunges x 10 (5 each leg)
- I – Imperial Walkers x 15
- M – Merkins x 20
- P – Plank Jacks x 25
- S – Squats x 30
The run distance on each lap was a little longer than I anticipated… oh well, it makes you better. Next, mosey back to the block pile and grab a block. Do the next set OYO:
- Overhead Press x 10
- Curls x 10
- Chest Press x 10
- Big Boy Situps – x 10
Rinse and repeat x 3
Right about the end of the 3rd set, Turnpike decided to smash his block into many pieces. Wonder why we can’t have nice things around here… Rather than get a new block, lets pair up and finish with some Dora. Repeat the same exercises as above, one partner performs an exercise AMRAP while the other runs around the first island and back, then switch. That took us right up to the clock (if you use Wham’s watch), so return the blocks and circle up. Our rucker friends rejoined the group at this point.
