SSH till everyone finished

Line jumps x 30 secs – forwards, side to side, alternating steps

Mosey to wall with bricks

People’s chair x 60 secs with bricks out front

Lunges in place x 10 each leg OYO

Merkins – 10 each of Diamond, regular and wide arm OYO

Dolphin kick x 15 IC

Around the world x 15 – clockwise and counterclockwise OYO

Mosey back to grassy area

Curls for the girls with blocks x 21 IC

Bench press with block x 20 IC

Nose busters with blocks x 10 IC – disclaimer was shared

Flutter kick with blocks overhead x 20 IC

Shoulder T’s with bricks x 10 IC

21’s – curls with blocks:  7 halfway up, 7 from halfway up to top and then 7 full curls. – Rinse and repeat.

Put up blocks and bricks

Back to parking lot for one more round of footwork – line jumps forwards, side to side and alternating x 15 secs each.
