THE THANG: – lined up for an Indian run and rolled out for a 1/2 mile ramble around the block, ending up at the lower playground.
10 sets: 5 pull ups, 10 ‘Mericans and 20 Squats, for a total of 50 pull ups, 100 “Mericans, and 200 Squats.
Mary – 20 flutterkicks in cadence, 20 Ukranian Freedom Hammer Twists in cadence, and 20 LBCs OYO.
Lined back up for Indian run, heading back the way we came – jail break the last 50 yds back to the @F3WoodshedFlag
