We were blessed this morning with no rain and humidity for the route full of hills, twists and turns.

THE THANG:
Route started with a healthy debate on distance versus time for the Fartlek. A few statements around the equality of life were thrown out.
Fartlek started promptly at 1 mile and the Q missed the first turn. A big truck almost demolished the lead pack, leaving them discombobulated and taking the next turn too early.
Plenty of harsh words and thoughts around the Q’s route selection and lack of substantial rest in between sets. In the end, the PAX became one step better. The direction of that step is debatable depending on the PAX.
