THE THANG: moseyed to the brick cage and got 2 bricks per pax. Curly-moseyed back to the Circus and abnged out sets of shoulders, arms, chest, legs and abs alternating with curly-mosey laps around the Circus. Returned the bricks and moseyed back to the flag. Workout included 150 ‘mericans each.
