THE THANG: Suicides down 1/2 the Circus + 15 merkins + 15 LBC + 15 squats. Repeat with 20 then 25 count for each.
Then low plank exercises.
Indian Run to the lower playground.
Then 20 Plank crunches with feet in swings (or whatever they are called) + 20 dips + 10 pull ups + lap, Repeat two more times.
Then backward run up the street to the flag (1/4 mile, or so).
Finish with Sky High Toe Touches
