THE THANG: Mosey to the side of the school and grab blocks:

4ish Rounds for 1 minute each set
Chest Press with Block
Lunge with or w/o Block
Row with Block
Flutter with or without/o Block
Squats with Block
4ish Rounds of 30 seconds each set
Curls
Overheads
Iron Cross
Chest Press
Dips
Superman Hold
Burpees

Jog around the parking lot loop for a short break after each time through.

Return blocks
