Head back towards the block pile stopping for a set of 20x Dips a the bench. Grab your handled brick (thanks Ranger!) and onto the bus drop off area. There we spent the rest of the time rolling dice, getting strong, and listening to the Eagles. We got in a couple runs here and there for an active break. Here were the exercises…
