To celebrate the first frost of the season, 6 pax rolled out of the toasty #Fartsack, found their cold weather gear, and learned something about about children’s TV.
WARMUP: dodge the Rogue pax swarming down Old Woodlands. Got the heart rate up

Modified version of BLIMPS. Done on a field. Perform exercise at first base, sprint to second, perform exercise. Sprint to third, perform exercise. Then to home, exercise.

While frolicking in the frosty grass, the pax were riveted by @Silent_Bob ‘s detailed recounting of his favorite Paw Patrol episodes.

After the round of BLIMPS, there was still time left, and you can’t have the Hindenburg without FIRE. So, circle up in the grass by the parking lot:

– E2K x10 each leg (this is like a Freddie Mercury with one ankle crossed over the other knee; harder to cheat)
