THE THANG:
moseyed to the circus – did three sets of 15 ‘mericans, 20 flutter kicks and 25 squats, running to the opposite end of the circus in between sets
after 3 sets, changed exercises to 10 burpees, 25 freddy Mercurys and 25 squats – completed 3 sets of these, again moseying to the opposite end of the circus in between sets.
Moseyed to cage and collected blocks – Cusacked back to parking lot and rotated through tabata-stye pain stations, 45 seconds on and 15 off: lunge walks, big boy situps, battle rope, jump rope, overhead press the block, curl the block, tricep extensions (2 stations) and block swings
Return Blocks to cage and mosey back to flag
