THE THANG: Rivet took us on a Lumen Loop across the front of the school to Betty, then up Adger and on around. Pain stations along the way including Skank Sisters, Murdaugh Squats, Lunges, Lt Dan’s in honor of @Goose and various other exercises including wall sits and Burpees. Enjoyed learning about horses along the way. Ended with Ring of Fires.
