THE THANG: today was all about abs and arms because YHC foot don’t work, PAX grabbed 2 corner blocks and lined up on the curb stops.

COT: As I have been sidelined the last few weeks it has really hit hard how much I love F3 and everything it offers. From the workouts to the comradery, the sense of accountability and the feeling of accomplishment it brings throughout the day. I even miss getting up early! Please don’t take for granted your ability to post for a beatdown or a run, as it’s not until you can’t that you realize how blessed you are to do so. Don’t be selfish – get up and post simply because you can!
