THE THANG: Everything based on 4.
4 corners (with those bad-ass orange cones). 4 reps ateach cone. Lunge to each while one pax transfers block pile across the square. Switch pax and repeat with more exercises at each cone. R&R till all pax transferred blocks.
Block pile transfer, Indian Run style. Pass first stack on left side. Second batch pass on right side. Third stack passing overhead.
7 of Diamonds (look it up!!!) with those BA cones! Burpees, Squats & SSH. Time crunch.
