THE THANG:
-Lemmy ran miles and also track workout
-Bootcamp: Each PAX grabs coupon and back to Start Point (SP)
Each PAX MOTs to the bucket; one pax grabs 🎾 and all pax mot back to SP. All pax execute exercise and reps written on 🎾 + one exercise & reps w/coupon.
Rinse and repeat approx 8 times. Mot changes each time as determined by pax grabbing tennis ball.
