Birthday Blocks for Cheers

Well, it was a tad chilly today. 30 degrees according to my weather app. Ground was frozen, blocks were cold, yep…should have worn pants. 

6 studs showed up for an impromptu Q with 5 of these dudes hitting up SL as well. Little note about SL. Lego picked the route, the pond loop, and took off with Hash. Brick, Garth and I were following for a bit when we failed to take a turn that the aforementioned duo took. Where were we? Who knows. Strange noises from the woods, no street lights, and one scary dude with a chainsaw. Would this be the end of the terrific trio? Nope. We somehow survived and made it back to the Shank. Lego and Hash were back already wondering what happened to us. What a sweet reunion. Hugs, laughter, tears of joy…wait, that’s another suppressed memory coming out. Moving on.

This was supposed to be a bday Q led by Cheers. However, our faithful friend was down and out with some kind of crud. He will be back soon, but in the meantime, we enjoyed a Q with absolutely no bear-crawling. Life may be rough for him, but it is awfully sweet for us. Heal up, Cheersy.

SSH x 25 IC, TTT x 10 IC, LBAC x 10 IC (forward and backward), OH Clap x 15 IC, Michael Phelps x 15 IC.

Simple Thang: called for 6 rounds, made it through 5.

25 curls, 25 OH presses, then run to midfield for 5 burpees and 25 mountain climbers (2ct), run to far goal line for 25 merkins and 25 lbc’s. Run back to blocks stopping at midfield for burpees and mountain climbers.

This is round 1. Rinse and repeat 5x’s.

125 curls, 125 oh presses, 50 burpees, 250 mountain climbers, 125 merkins, 125 lbc’s.

Recover and return blocks.

Head back to the shelter and finish it off with 25 steps ups (each leg).

Boy, that was fun.

Recover and head to the flag.
