YHC was sitting on the couch last night, enjoying the gunfight in Open Range. Great scene, 2 dudes fighting for what they believe in, taking revenge for a couple of friends, and winning the girl at the end. Kind of like my life story but that is a story for another day.
Towards the end of the gunfight, a text popped up. A text from my good buddy, Cheers. As always, this stud wants the Q so he can take part of the fun when he cannot make it to the Shank. Well, YHC came up with a quickie and sent it to him. It stuck and is what was used today…for the most part.
The alarm went off at 4:30 and the rain was pouring outside. YHC decided to skip SL. 4 studs did the harder thing and posted for SL and got in solid miles. YHC was a wus, these guys shoed what F3 is all about. Accountability even when the weather sucks. Next time, fellas, there will be 5.
Weather – actually not bad. Rain stopped and temps were perfect.

Devo: Had a discussion with one of my sons recently who is struggling with to do in life. The aged-old question…What is God’s will? Well, the verse in Ecclesiastes 12 came to mind – This is the whole duty of man. Fear God and keep his commandments. We often complicate life when God keeps it pretty simple.
