YHC has to pinch hit today because Argyle has the crud and well, someone had to lead. Last night was busy so BC had to be thought up on the fly. It was close to perfect, except someone forgot to send the memo out that the playground behind the police station was under construction, so the first part was almost completely thrown off. All good, we can make it up as we go, surely that’s been done before.
Here’s how it went today:

Mosey to playground area behind police station. Under construction, no pull up bars, no problem.
The Thang:
Start at the top of the loop that goes around the playground area:
- Merkins x 10, squats x 10, LBC x 10
- Rinse and repeat at 7 strategically picked places along the loop
- Finish at the starting spot with one more round
- This is our Jailbreak work for the day, minus pull-ups
Mosey to amphitheater so Coon Dog can see the tree
- Starting at the bottom, incline merkins x 10, decline merkins x 10
- Rinse and repeat at each stair until half way and change reps to 5
- Mosey back down
- 10 squats at bottom, rinse and repeat all the way up
Mosey to corner of Hwy 6 and Main St:
- Burpees x 5
- Mosey to O’Hara’s: Burpees x 5
- Mosey to courthouse so Coon Dog can see the other tree: Burpees x 5
