WARMUP:
1 burpee, 20 x sidestraddle hops in cadence, 2 burpees, 20 x Imperial Walkers in cadence, 3 burpees, Arm Circles (10 forward, 10 back, 10 overhead clap, & 10 overhead press, all in cadence), 4 burpees, 20 x windmills in cadence, 5 burpees, 20 Squats OYO, 6 burpees

THE THANG:
Lined up for an Indian Run and rolled down Olde Knight to the play ground. Paused for 7 burpees. Knocked out 3 sets of 5 pullups, 15 ‘mericans, and 25 LBCs. Lined back up for Indian Mosey and (carefully) looped around the dirt track to the courts.
Paused for 8 burpees. Split up into 2 & 3 for a MaryDora – completed 50 (75) double count Teddy Rolls, 100 (150) double-count flutters, and 200 (300) LBCs while alternating with sprints and lunge walk sprints out and back on the courts. Moved back off the courts and paused for 9 burpees. Moseyed back to the flag and knocked out 10 burpees. Done.
