10 pax took on The Running Man this morning, an idea that is still in very early developmental phases. Credit to Shine for the inspiration on this, and although YHC is notoriously bad at giving direction to the fine men of Shawshank, at the end of Boot Camp work was done as we all got a little better. 8 pax even took to the streets early for Revere’s favorite StrideLite route and found Love Shack loitering in the darkness on the way back. Overall, it was a solid morning with a perfect temperature. The only possible thing that could have made it better would have been a Shovel Flag. As for the workout, here is how it went:

- x25 SSH
- x20 Imperial Walkers
- x15 TTT
- x10 Windmills
Mosey to Warden’s Way and circle up to count off in pairs
The Running Man (in pairs)
- The group moseys around the track, stopping at each corner to do x10 Squats & x10 Merkins
- The 1st Running Man (pair from the count-off) RUNS around the track to catch back up with the group as quickly as possible
- As soon as the Running Man catches up, they rejoin the group, and the next Running Man starts
- Every time a new Running Man starts, the group does x5 Burpees
- Rinse and Repeat until time is called
