WARMUP: SSH, TTT, Stretching, Arm Circles, RTR, Reverse Arm Circles
THE THANG: Grab two bricks and run to Liberal Hill. Stop at the bottom (10 Burpees), run to the top (20 OH Claps w Bricks), leave bricks and turn right and run down Tombee Lane to the cul-de-sac (20 Imperial Squatwalkers), run back up and turn right to the cul-de-sac at Tombee Place (20 Merkins). Run back to the top of Liberal Hill and grab bricks (20 Sun Gods). Leave bricks and run down to the bottom of Liberal Hill. Rinse and repeat removing 2 reps for each circuit. We ended after the 2 Burpee circuit was complete. Hold air chair and assorted exercises until the PAX finished. Mosey back to COT.
