THE THANG: use the three speed bumps in the Trenholm parking lot as stations: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 HR merkins at the first speed bump, then suicide to second speed bump and 6 lunges. Suicide to third speed bump and 20 flutter kicks, suicide back to second bump and six more lunges. A total of 30 merkins, 60 lunges, and 100 flutters.
Second letter: same concept, except the merkins are Superman HR merkins. 6 squats, 15 iron cross
Third ladder: use concrete steps or bleachers, do 10-8-6-4-2 decline merkins, then mosey about 20 yards and do 15 heel tap LBC
