Conditions – Low 70s and almost delightful
Myrtle read my mind today when he said we’ve been doing a lot of running at bootcamp. We had the Chop Shop 5k then Garnish and McNugget took us all over the place on their Qs. I decided to stay close to home and just work the freshly lined football field.
Standard #Hammer warm-up – 25 Burpees
4 Corners Escalator
20 Curls – #Cusack to the next corner
20 Curls, 30 Overhead Press – #Cusack to the next corner
20 Curls, 30 Overhead Press, 40 Triceps Extensions – #Cusack to the next corner
20 Curls, 30 Overhead Press, 40 Triceps Extensions, 50 Block Swings – #Cusack to the next corner for Plankorama on the block which quickly turned into BBS because YHC couldn’t feel his arms and didn’t want to come crashing down face first on the block.
Put the blocks down and get ready for the next round
Same corner work but these exercises: 20 Squats, 30 Monkey Humpers, 40 Imperial Squats, 50 Jump Lunges

Put up blocks and do 20 V-ups and 30 Flutters only count one side
This backblast doesn’t do the workout justice. It was miserable but I knew if it could be done at #Battle the #Hammer guys could handle it. No big deal but the four guys who made it to #Battle on Saturday and #Hammer today got a double dose of these exercises in less than a week.
