We had a great crowd today at Shawshank and there was a lot of the usual mumble chatter, with corrections on form given out by Uncle Ron. YHC wouldn’t have it any other way. We did a lot of the same exercises, throwing in some burpees and Bear crawls, all of which are YHC’s favorites. Awesome time today with some of my best friends!

Indian run to walkway across from pull up station and mosey to station:
- Pull ups x 5
- Incline Merkins x 10
- Decline Merkins x 10
- One lap run around volleyball court, doing one burpee in each corner
- Rinse and repeat x 4 adding a Burpee to each corner after each round

On your six for MARY, all in succession/no rest:
