YHC didn’t have a great plan for today’s Q, which is shocking, until Stride lite, but remembered this one from last year and recycled it. The 4 corners workout is always a crowd pleaser and everyone truly enjoyed it today. There were no complaints and everyone smiled the entire time. Ok, so maybe it’s a little late for April Fool’s jokes, but most of the PAX at least seemed to put work in, which is what matters.

The Thang:
4 Corners around main track, start at first corner at the entrance of the soccer field, do exercise, mosey to second corner, rinse and repeat.
Up the ladder:
- Corner 1: 10 burpees
- Corner 2: 10 burpees, 20 merkins
- Corner 3: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats
- Corner 4: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 plank jacks
- Bonus corner at corner 1: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 plank jacks, 50 LBC
Mosey through the field up to sidewalk that splits the fields:
- Bear crawl to middle, large light pole
- Walking lunge to last large light pole
Go down the ladder:
- Bonus corner at corner 1: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 plank jacks, 50 LBC
- Corner 2: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 plank jacks
- Corner 3: 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats
