A tradition unlike any other…

Hello Friends…it’s Masters week so we must do a Masters-themed workout, right?! 

With the Masters theme song, Tom Petty, and Samantha Fox as our soundtrack, we simulated as many holes of Augusta National as we could in 45 minutes. We made to hole 8. So many shanks, 3-putts, and chili dips but it was fun and we got a little better today.

  • Teeshot – Burpees x 5
  • Trips up and down the stairs = 4 (1 for every 100 yds)
  • After each trip: Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, Plank Jacks x 10

Hole 2 – Pink Dogwood – 575 yd Par 5

  • Teeshot – Burpees x 5
  • Trips up and down the stairs = 5 (1 for every 100 yds)
  • After each trip: Diamond Merkins x 10, Squat Jumps x 10, Freddie Mercuries x 10 (2-ct)

Hole 3 – Flowering Peach – 350 yd Par 4

  • Trips up and down the stairs = 3 (1 for every 100 yds)
  • After each trip: Wide Merkins x 10, Bobby Hurleys x 10, Mt Climbers x 10 (2-ct)

Hole 4 – Flowering Crab Apple – 240 yd Par 3

  • Teeshot – Burpees x 5
  • Trips up and down the stairs = 2 (1 for every 100 yds)
  • After each trip: Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, Plank Jacks x 10

Hole 5 – Magnolia – 495 yd Par 4
