THE THANG: circuit down the steps with merkins at bottom and abs at top, then mosey to other set of steps for rinse and repeat. 3 full circuits then Bible talk and walk stairs while we discussed book of Numbers.
COT: summarized book of numbers and also psalm 90 which tells us to number our days in order to live a life filled with wisdom.
