THE THANG: 4 sets x 2
Set 1
(20 ea.) merkin, mt climbers, plank jacks. 2 sets of tennis court suicides followed by two laps around courts 1&2.
Set 2
(20 Ea.) side straddle hops, squats, calf raises. 2 sets of tennis court suicides followed by two laps
Set 3
(20ea.) monkey humpers, through the tunnel, and 10 1/2 Burpees. 2 sets of tennis court suicides followed by two laps
Set 4
(20 ea.) big boy situps,scissor kicks, iron crosses. 2 sets of tennis court suicides followed by 2 laps.
Finished up with lung walking and 2 sets of tennis court suicides. Estimated total mileage based on tennis court dimensions- 11100 ft or 2.1 miles
