-5 cones evenly spread apart w/F3 card at each cone
-Pax does the exercise & reps at each cone then MOTs to next cone and repeats same action. At end of round, lap around the building; change cards for each cone station.
-Rinse and repeat above for five rounds; alternating lap around building or lap around parking lot.
-Exercises included Merkins, (all types) SSHs, Mtn Climbers, WWII sit-ups, 9-count squats, Rosalitas, Flutters, etc.
