9 #Stumble PAX chose to start their week by running some hills in the hood. Conditions were hot and humid. Total route was around 4.7 miles, but some extra credit along the way pushed it to 5 flat for some.
Right on Olde Knight out of AO, Right on Galway, Right on Saye Cut, Left on Old Woodlands, Quick Right onto Hampton Leas, long stretch going mostly downhill to the cul-de-sac of Hampton Leas, then the long stretch going mostly up, left on Old Woodlands, Left on Hampton Ridge, stay left to Marthas Glen, run down #Martha, turn around and run back up and down again for extra credit, keep running around Marthas Glen, turns into Indian Mound, run up Indian Mound, Right on Old Woodlands, or for extra credit run back down Indian Mound, take a right on Sallie Baxter, run up Sallie Baxter, right on Old Woodlands, Left on Queens Way, Right on Chambly, Left on Olde Knight back to AO.

Strong, fast running, especially for a hill day. #Stumble is getting faster every week. About 2 or so miles into the run YHC was falling behind the main pack. I looked down at phone and saw that I was running around an 8:15ish pace. That used to be good enough for at least middle of the pack, now it puts me as the #six.
